There is a flowing fluid movement of femininity, whether 20′s,50′s,70′s, retro, romantic or safari blowing through the winds of fashion. Christian Dior, Donna Karan, Dolce and Gabanna, Ralph Lauren, Chloe, Chanel, and Valentino all showed sensual femininity with beautiful fluid romanticism in primarily pale neutral colors. Loved what Emilio Pucci did with neutrals, blue, and sexy leather boots, and sandals. Fantastic must-haves for warm days, and hot nights. Amazing how he accomplished a full length summer boot! Alberta Feretti also showed a collection of diaphanous fabrics made for real women. And I will once again pay homage to the collections of Chanel. Such a moment of beautiful emotion swept the audience as Karl Lagerfeld brought to us the art of being female with the achieving ability to be worked into every woman’s wardrobe.
In essence, my concluding thought is that the big picture here is about strong femininity, whether the interpretation was, animal prints, punches of bright color, fluid and beautiful romanticism designed for the real woman, or feminine softened masculinity. Fashion has stood firm, and given us something to look forward to these past few trying years, showing us the importance of investment pieces, fundamental wardrobe classics, and the sheer bliss of it’s lighthearted art. It is as if we are looking for the next level, and the designers know it and have delivered a fresh new vibe that says, “Lets Play! I think that we are ready to loosen up a bit with mindful consideration to what is happening around us, and to begin to brilliantly, and effectively add shine again. The question is, are you.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE! Im not a “patterns” girl, nor a “bold color” girl…… I love when you can play with texture and neutrals and still feel like youre mixing things up.
I like how good things never really go out of style.
