Ode to that time once again to add an extra hour of daylight to our lives. Befittingly, CHANEL just introduced the “Priémiere Flying Toubillion”, presented at the International Watch Fair in Basel March 8th 2012. It is a limited edition piece and only 20 of these watches will ever be manufactured. Camélia Flying Tourbillon movement makes this watch ultra special and is named after the tourbillion cage which has been named after the camellia flower.

The mechanism, created with characteristics inspired by the infamous Chanel No 5 allows one to save more than 40 hours of power. The fashion house collaborated with Swiss watchmakers, Renaud &Papi. The watch comes with 18 rubies, 15 diamonds, and set in 18 karat gold.
